TIGER FISH
Game fishing in never complete until you have fished the beautiful waters of Lake Kariba. People from all over the world come to these waters to fish for one fish alone, the ferocious TIGER FISH (Hydrocynus vittatus).
For those who have hunted these magnificent fish there can be few fishing experiences to match. The saying "screaming reels" could quite easily have come from having one of these on the end of your line. Scott will take you out onto this part of heaven and guide you to the best spots. Tiger Fishing is not all one will find on Lake Kariba. You can expect to see Elephant, Hippo, Crocodile, Buffalo, Lion and Plains game, while you fish!
Our Lake side holiday home is situated meters from in the pool after a days fishing, but don't fall asleep too soon in the evening, for once the sun has set the hippos and elephant stroll across the lawn, affording the onlooker a close up while sipping ones sundowner
